Jamie is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) bringing more than ten years of experience managing all types of associations including professional associations, industry associations and homeowners associations in the areas of Membership Management, Customer Service, Financial Management, Administration, Event Planning, and more. Jamie began her career with Confluent Strategies in 2004, providing Equifax consumer credit reporting products to a territory of small businesses in the Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma areas. In 2006, she helped launch the association management business line as an official division of Confluent Strategies and has been raising the standards of service in the association management industry ever since. She is a member of the Community Associations Institute, the American Society of Association Executives, and the New Memphis Institute.
