Planning excellent events for valued partners

With 10 years of event planning and association management experience, Caitlin is a master multitasker, chaos coordinator, and vendor procurer.

As Vice President of Management Services, Caitlin leverages her vast skill set to plan, coordinate, and execute meetings and events for five statewide mortgage bankers associations (MBAs), eight local MBA chapters, and six conferences. She oversees all marketing and administrative tasks, ensures seamless operations, communications, and implementation. Caitlin joined Confluent Strategies in 2017 as an event coordinator. Since then, our association management business has experienced double-digit growth.

Caitlin earned a B.A. in hospitality and resort management from the University of Memphis and holds a certification in Hotel Industry Analytics. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on the Memphis Grizzlies and Memphis Tigers and spending time with her husband, daughter, and beloved corgi.
