Mary Jo Williams joined the Confluent Strategies team as a Client Engagement Manager in our Client Success group in July 2018. She has over 20 years of credit reporting and client support experience, having worked with Credit Bureau of Baton Rouge and Noesis Data, an Equifax Sales Agent in Louisiana. As Client Engagement Manager, Mary Jo’s primary role is to advocate for clients in Confluent Strategies’ east territories, ensuring that their growth, retention, and profitability objectives are exceeded. Mrs. Williams is a 1996 graduate of Louisiana State University in Shreveport.
