James joined Confluent Strategies in 2022. As a Customer Success Manager, he supports our Relationship Managers as they provide our partners with innovative solutions to meet their credit reporting and marketing needs. He has a background in commercial banking and wealth management and brings excellent customer service, project management, and problem solving experience to our team.

James holds a B.A. in marketing from Mississippi State University.
