Kayla joined Confluent Strategies in 2023 as a Customer Engagement Manager on our Partner Engagement Team. With more than 10 years of customer service experience, she offers expert support to our partners in all industries. Her goal is to ensure our customers receive friendly, personalized service and have access to the solutions that will help them reach top-line growth.

Kayla holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Faulkner University.
