LaTrelle serves as the Customer Success Manager for the company. With more than 20 years’ experience in collections, banking, and healthcare at Equifax, her strengths include relationship building/management, contract negotiations, and strategic planning. Also, she excels at identifying specific challenges in complex situations and implementing new initiatives to address them to the benefit of our partners. By examining resources and processes, she creates and elevates our partners’ satisfaction, efficacies, and revenue. LaTrelle studied business management at Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi.
