As a Customer Success Manager, Taylor supports our Relationship Managers in providing our partners with innovative solutions to meet their credit reporting and marketing needs. Her professional experience across multiple industries—retail, tech, health care, recruitment, and training and development—has prepared her to work effectively and efficiently in our dynamic, relationship-focused environment. She enjoys helping colleagues and customers streamline processes and achieve long-term goals.

Taylor holds a B.A. from Colorado State University, where she double-majored in political science and liberal arts with a minor in Spanish. She also has a B.S. in health sciences.
