Amy Cardona

Elevating credit strategy and guiding partner growth

Amy joined Confluent Strategies in 2025. Before coming aboard, she served as vice president of sales for another Equifax Sales Agent, where she gained extensive experience with Equifax credit solutions. She also brings leadership and customer service experience from her tenure with a leading investment management firm.

Amy works hand in hand with her partners, taking the time to understand the ins and outs of each business and recommending only the solutions that will help them meet—and exceed—their goals.

She earned an MBA from South University and a B.S. in exercise science from Old Dominion University. Outside of work, she enjoys playing soccer and reading.
