Brian Parker joined Confluent Strategies in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience with Equifax. Throughout his career, he has partnered with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions to strengthen relationships, resolve complex challenges, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a Customer Engagement Manager, Brian works closely with our clients to help them maximize the value of their Equifax solutions. His background in financial services support, strategic account management, credit reporting operations, regulatory compliance, and process improvement enables him to serve as a trusted resource and advocate for our partners.

Brian studied business management at Kaplan University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, going to the gym, and traveling.
