Brittani joined Confluent Strategies in 2026. She is a Customer Success Manager with a strong background in financial operations, customer service, and office management. She brings hands-on experience reconciling accounts, supporting customers with payment solutions, and keeping complex operations running smoothly. Known for her attention to detail and clear communication, Brittani is passionate about helping customers feel supported, informed, and confident in their day-to-day interactions.

Brittani has a B.A. in English from Grace College. Outside of work, she enjoys writing songs and poetry and reading.
