Clarrisa joined Confluent Strategies in 2025. She brings an astute, customer-first mindset and delivers IT support with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. Prior to joining our team, she worked in IT support at a fiber-optic internet company and in cybersecurity and desktop support at a manufacturing company.

Clarrisa earned an associate’s degree in information technology from the National College of Business Technology and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in IT cybersecurity.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors—especially gardening fruits, vegetables, and herbs. She loves watching football, catching a good show or movie with friends and family, and expressing her creativity through DIY projects and canvas painting. Clarrisa can often be found cooking delicious food to share with loved ones.
