Donna Mau is a Customer Engagement Manager on our Partner Engagement Team. In her role, she assists and advocates for our partners to ensure that their needs are met proactively, promptly, and efficiently. Donna is committed to working closely with our partners to exceed their growth, retention, and profitability objectives.

Although Donna joined Confluent Strategies in 2022, she worked closely with our team as an IT solution delivery consultant with Equifax for 20 years. Her professional background includes project management, solution engineering, cost estimation, cloud migration, and process improvement.

In 2020, she completed Amazon Web Services (AWS) training and cloud certification. In 2008, she and her team won Equifax’s Q4 “One Equifax” Award.
