Providing invaluable credit expertise and results-focused solutions

Jackie Jones joined Confluent Strategies in 2024, bringing with her more than 30 years in the credit and financial services industries. Mostly recently, she was a senior account manager at Equifax for 20+ years. Managing a significant book of business, she consistently helped her customers achieve their business goals. Her extensive knowledge of Equifax solutions enables her to recommend only the products that will benefit our partners’ bottom lines—nothing more, nothing less.

An Ohio native, Jackie now resides in Florida. She has a B.S. in applied science, criminal justice, and corrections from Youngstown State University. Outside of work, you’ll likely find Jackie at the beach or hanging out with family and friends.
