A true people person, I enjoy getting to know our association leaders and members and helping them organize their programs and drive membership.

Julie Osborn has been with Confluent Strategies since 2020. For nearly four years, she worked on our Mortgage Production team, mostly recently as Mortgage Production Lead. In 2024, she joined our Association & Event Management team, where she serves as the Association Management Coordinator.

Julie’s background in customer service and mortgage production makes her an ideal fit for her current role, which provides key administrative and event planning services to the professional organizations we manage, many of which are mortgage bankers associations. She possesses the organizational know-how and customer-first mentality that we strive to provide.

Born and raised in Northwest Mississippi, she attended Hernando High School and the University of Memphis. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
