Kasia Perry

Fueled by creativity and collaboration, I enjoy crafting engaging content and driving meaningful connections that help our associations meet their goals.

Kasia Perry joined Confluent Strategies in 2025. A recent college graduate, Kasia has already built an impressive foundation in marketing and communications through multiple internships and leadership roles.

Prior to joining our team, Kasia supported communications and development efforts for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis and the Community Legal Center, where she helped launch successful marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and plan major fundraising events.

Kasia earned a B.A. in English for Corporate Communication from Christian Brothers University. She also holds a certificate in professional writing. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, crocheting, and cooking.
