With broad experience in client success, partner development, and data‑driven financial services, Katie joined Confluent Strategies in 2026. She has worked for two major credit reporting agencies, including Equifax, where she focused on auto lending, competitive landscape analysis, and delivering tailored data solutions.

Previously, Katie worked in lending operations and customer support in the credit union space, where she developed a strong operational understanding of the lending lifecycle. She is known for her collaborative approach, her ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, and her commitment to helping clients solve real business challenges.

Katie has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Michigan State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, experimenting in the kitchen, and reading.
