Katie Tananta joined Confluent Strategies in 2026 as a Customer Service Manager supporting our mortgage team. In her role, she partners with customers to ensure a seamless, responsive experience. With more than eight years in client-facing positions, Katie brings a strong foundation in onboarding, relationship management, and communication.

Throughout her career, Katie has supported large portfolios of stakeholders, helping them navigate complex processes, stay engaged, and achieve positive outcomes. Katie works closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure customers feel supported at every stage.

Katie holds a B.B.A. in finance from Florida International University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, often spending weekends exploring the outdoors or attending sporting events together.
