Mark joined Confluent Strategies in 2025. He brings extensive experience in correspondent lending and community banking, with a strong background in supporting lenders through every stage of the mortgage process. He has built his career on strengthening client relationships, expanding lending capacity, and helping financial institutions deliver a seamless experience to their borrowers.

At Confluent Strategies, Mark leverages his industry knowledge and service-driven approach to help partners identify opportunities, enhance their mortgage strategies, and achieve sustainable growth.

He earned a B.B.A. in marketing from University of North Alabama. Outside of work, he enjoys working with local nonprofit organizations and spending quality time with his family.
