Meredith leads our organization as the President and Chief Executive Officer. He is fiercely committed to serving, growing, and equipping our partners and his team. His leadership, vision, and example set our organization’s tone as we strive to be a “people-first” organization.

Meredith joined Confluent Strategies in 1983 and leads the organization with 30+ years of industry and market knowledge. A passionate community partner, Meredith has served on numerous business and community boards throughout his career. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau of the Mid-South and Memphians Care.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from The University of Memphis.
