Mitchell joined Confluent Strategies in 2026. He brings a strong background in account management and business development within the insurance and financial services industries. Mostly recently, Mitchell worked as a senior underwriter for a Fortune 500 commercial insurance provider, where he focused on developing client relationships and supporting business growth.

Mitchell holds a B.B.A. in finance from Mississippi State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, golfing, cooking, and finding any excuse to be outdoors.
