Rick joined Confluent Strategies in 2022 as a mortgage consultant. In 2023, he came aboard full-time as our Mortgage Sales Leader. With more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage insurance industry, Rick provides our partners with expert insight on all things mortgage-related, including underwriting, risk management, loan origination, valuation, FHA financing, reverse mortgages, property data, mortgage marketing, and more. Most recently, Rick was a reverse lending consultant for various financial institutions.

Rick earned his B.S. in business administration from Louisiana State University. He also has a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) license. In his spare time, he enjoys golf and other sports and spending time with family.
