Ross joined Confluent Strategies in 2025. Hailing from Brownsville, Tennessee, he brings more than a decade of experience in marketing, multimedia, sales, and event planning. His creativity and engaging personality are true assets to our Association & Event Management team and to the professional groups he manages.

He studied marketing at Jackson State Community College. In his spare time, he enjoys photography and international travel.
