Connecting people, ideas, and opportunities for growth

Simin worked at Confluent Strategies from 2017 to 2023 and rejoined the Association & Event Management team in 2025. With nearly 17 years of experience in project management, marketing, business development, and event planning, she brings creativity, organization, and a customer-focused approach to the professional associations she manages.

Previously, she worked in marketing at Southern Security Federal Credit Union and Tri-State Trade Association.

Simin holds a bachelor of business administration from the University of Memphis. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, crafting, and volunteering with different charities.
