Providing customer-centered leadership and growth for our partners

Gail Gordon serves as an Association Executive Director, bringing structure, leadership, and growth to the professional organizations we manage. Most recently, she worked as the West Tennessee Region’s – Community Outreach Liaison for the State of Tennessee Housing Agency and as the Community Engagement/Program Manager for Southeast Regional Development Corporation. She has also worked in education, providing training and development at various learning facilities. Gail brings a positive energy and professionalism to her work, and our partners benefit from her leadership experience and community engagement.

Gail has an M.B.A. from University of Phoenix and a B.A. in Communication from Louisiana Tech University. Outside of work, she enjoys arts, culture, international travel, staging offices and residential living spaces, and supporting upward mobility and advocacy for local nonprofits.
