Providing excellent customer service to business partners in a wide range of industries

Jake joined Confluent Strategies full time in 2022 after previously working as a summer intern. In his role as a Customer Success Manager, he works closely with our partners in various industries to ensure all of their account needs are met while looking for ways to help meet their short- and long-range business goals.

Jake is studying business administration at Northwest Mississippi Community College. In his spare time, he enjoys working out and attending Memphis Grizzlies games.
