Karen brings more than two decades of experience with Confluent Strategies, having served as a Relationship Manager for 20+ years until 2022. Throughout her tenure, she worked closely with lenders and financial institutions across the Southeast, where she built long‑standing partnerships and delivered consultative guidance on credit, mortgage, and data‑driven solutions.

In 2026, Karen returned to Confluent Strategies as a Recredentialing Specialist and now applies her deep institutional knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to service to ensure customers go through the Equifax Recredentialing process as smoothly as possible.

Outside of work, she enjoys working in her yard, with flowers and plants, tackling DIY projects, and thrifting.
