A strategic self-starter, Kirsten joined Confluent Strategies in 2023. She has an extensive background in consultative selling, project management, branding, and strategic communication—especially within the banking and financial services spaces.

She currently serves on the Tennessee Bankers Association’s Women in Banking and IT & Security Committees and has been a part of the Middle Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association Board. Kirsten is passionate when it comes to finding a cure for ovarian and breast cancer through her participation in and support of Bright Pink, the Ovarian Cancer Institute, and Susan G. Komen’s Nashville and Atlanta chapters.

She earned a B.S. from Lipscomb University and an A.A. from Reinhardt University.
